I've made one half-hearted attempt to get OpenSUSE 10.3 Beta 2 up and running on my Thinkpad T61p without much luck. During the install process, if you allow it to autoupdate from on-line repositories it gets stuck in a seemingly endless list of conflicts. Otherwise if you deny it access to the internet, it runs but extremely slowly. It's not clear what is dragging it down.

My hardware info:

Processor (CPU): Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7700 @ 2.40GHz

Total memory (RAM): 3.80 GB (added 2GB to stock)

P/N: ThinkPad T61p 6457-5KU
