Installation of Ubuntu 7.04 runs smoothly, with wireless and graphics all working from the off.

Known Issues

  • A bug in the default kernel for 7.04 means that sound does not work after resuming from a suspend-to-disk. A patched kernel has been made available.
    • This has been fixed in kernel updates to 7.04.
  • Suspend-to-RAM does not resume properly.
    • This has been fixed in kernel updates to 7.04.
  • Known issue in 8.10. When resuming after hibernating, the wireless radio is off. Fn+F5 will not toggle wireless back on. Bluetooth does still function and can be toggled off/on.
