Modification for X220 Tablet

I tried docking my X220 Tablet to my W520 Series 3 Plus Dock today, didn't work cause the stupid alignment blocker was in the way.
I ripped the blocker preventing the X220T from attaching off with brute force.
Problem solved, it works like a charm, saved myself 150 bucks on a ultrabase, now I have a series 3 dock that supports all the laptops with no blocker.
