Intel Centrino Pro Technology is actually a marketing term for the combination of:
- Intel Core 2 Duo
- Intel 965 Express Chipset
- Intel 82566MM Gigabit Adapter
- Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Mini-PCI Express Adapter (pre-802.11n)
- Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) Firmware
It is a of combination of "Centrino" (Mobility solution) + "Intel vPro" (Manageability Solution) for mobile computing.
