Linux driver
One can enable Bluetooth by pressing Fn-F5, or running this command:
echo "enable" > /proc/acpi/ibm/bluetooth
(Tested on a ThinkPad z60m)
On T61, the Wireless' kill-radio switch disables both WiFi and Bluetooth.
