The T21 uses the Intel 440BX chipset, which is technically limited to 1GB as you can see [http://www.intel.com/design/chipsets/mature/450_440.htm here], so it might work.

The T21 uses the Intel 440BX chipset, which is technically limited to 1GB as you can see here, so it might work.
