Description
This is a Windows tool for Yoga computers to help on the different modes you can use the computer (Laptop, Stand, Tent, Tablet).
According to Lenovo this software does not work on Windows 10 [1].
It seems that this software was replaced on Windows 10 by Lenovo Yoga Mode Control. It says "Lenovo Yoga Mode Control has similar function with Lenovo Transition that is no longer supported. It will automatically uninstall Lenovo Transition and replace it." [2]
