This is an old port that was used to output video to televisions.

Please note that 7-pin S-Video out ports are capable of outputting Composite Video, but you need a proprietary cable (FRU: 27L0531/27L0532) to utilize this feature. It is unknown if it works for 7-pin S-Video in ports as well.
