A 'Boot Agent' (PXE boot) firmware update for this adapter is available from IBM. The updated version is 4.0.17 and is available here.
Linux Ethernet driver
This card will work with the standard 'e100' Linux driver.
Linux Modem driver
The Linux driver from SmartLink supports this device.
Latest version of this driver is 2.9.11.
You might also try if the newer userspace driver (sl-modem-daemon) works, as it avoids tainting your kernel, and does not require a recompile each time you update your kernel version.
