This solution is based on Flextronic Instituto de Tecnologia [1]. This application was listed as recommended to uninstall when upgrading to Windows 10 [2]. Lenovo Solution Center used to be supported under Windows 10, but Lenovo removed Windows 10 from their page and only left WIndows 7 and 8. (Online PageArchived Page)
