IC DRAM CardsThese are special memory card, in a form-factor that is similar to PCMCIA. It was used on early ThinkPad 300 and 700 models. NOTE!
To use non-parity memory on most Thinkpad 750/755 models it was necessary, before installing the memory, to enter BIOS setup and disable the memory parity check option
