This adapter is supported by recent versions of the 'radeon' driver as found in X.Org and XFree86. The fglrx driver should also work.
ThinkPad LCD
Display on the internal LCD works as long as you set the monitor settings correct
External VGA port
Works well, you only have to connect the monitor/projector/...
SVideo port
SVideo out is supported by the ati.2 driver from the GATOS project.
