I am trying to get my Z60m to boot XP completely from a USB external hard drive and do that separately to make sure the data is never lost or stolen.

I know how to use F12 and eliminate the HDD from boot possibility.

How do I copy and boot the installation on the original C drive to be imaged (AND TO BOOT) exclusively from the USB drive.

The USB interface is fine. I use the drive for data w/o any problems.
